Using Teacher Choices in the Classroom

Teachers' Choices is an annual project of the International Reading Association, begun in 1989. Each year, teachers, reading specialists, and librarians from different regions of the United States select books for readers ages 5 to 14. Books are selected from new publications donated by North American publishers. The results of this project is an annotated list of the top 30 titles chosen by this group.

With over 300 titles donated there are many note worthy books that can be used in the classroom. By creating this wiki it is my intent to allow readers to immediately share titles and ideas as to how to use them in the classroom.
